About Me
Through my various life experiences, I discovered a deep passion for mental health care, which led me to pursue a Master’s in Counseling at Saint Martin’s University. During my time there, I had the opportunity to complete my internship at Community Youth Services in Olympia, Washington, where I gained valuable experience working with individuals, families, and at-risk youth.
I specialize in providing care for first responders, individuals navigating perinatal mental health challenges, and those managing ADHD. My approach is centered on fostering resilience, equity, and justice. I believe that everyone’s journey is unique, and my work focuses on creating an inclusive, supportive, and empowering environment that respects and celebrates each person's lived experiences.
My training focused on a social justice and trauma-informed approach to counseling, which has been central to how I approach my work. I am committed to fostering a strength-based, client-centered practice that prioritizes your individual needs. I integrate self-care and mindfulness techniques into my sessions to help my clients build resilience and develop transferable skills that increase their autonomy and empower them to take charge of their mental health and well-being.
